Our Customer Care Policy is designed to outline our commitment to the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of all participants, carers, and parents.

1. Commitment to Safety

Your safety is our utmost priority. I am trained in first aid and will have a fully stocked first aid kit available at all times during the program. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, immediate first aid will be administered, and appropriate steps will be taken to ensure the individual's well-being.

2. Inclusive Environment

We strive to create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. ISGO is designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals with special needs, ensuring that all activities are accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

3. Clear Communication

We believe in maintaining open lines of communication with all participants, carers, and parents. Any concerns, feedback, or suggestions are encouraged and will be addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Our goal is to continuously improve the ISGO experience based on your input.

4. Activity and Location Considerations

We select our locations carefully to provide ample space and facilities such as BBQs and playgrounds. Beecroft Park, for example, is chosen for its suitability to meet the diverse needs of our activities. Offering various locations enhances the overall experience and provides a fresh and engaging environment for participants.

5. Scheduled Programming

Recognizing that weekends can be busy, we have scheduled our program to run from 7:30am to 9:30am to 01:00pm to 04:00pm on Saturdays. This timing aims to accommodate the busy schedules of our participants while providing a consistent and convenient timeframe for our activities.

6. Community Building

ISGO is more than just a series of activities; it's a community. We provide opportunities for social interaction and community building, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support among participants, carers, and parents. Sharing meals after activities is part of our effort to create a social hub where everyone can connect and enjoy themselves.

7. Respect and Privacy

We respect the privacy and dignity of all participants. Personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality, and any sensitive matters are addressed with care and discretion.
